I recently implemented Google's targeted ads on my website while my site was hit by digg, del.icio.us, osnews.com and several blogs. Because of this huge influx in traffic I saw a pretty big increase in the amount of impressions and clicks that my AdSense account listed. But then, yesterday, I recieved a notice from Google telling me my AdSense account had been disabled because of "invalid clicking":
I did none of these things. I have since written a complaint to Google trying to sort out the matter and get my account re-activated (which my ad revenue was frozen with), but they have given me no response. I'm not sure what to do here. I don't think I was at fault and it feels like Google is falsely accusing me of something.

What are my options? Should I just drop AdSense and look towards another advertiser?

I'd guess that since you got so many clicks so soon after implementing it, your traffic may have (automatically) triggered an anti-cheat system.
Keep contacting them until you get a human response, then get their name and talk only with them.
