RMA Tracking

    Hi, firstly I wanna say that this is more of a query than a complaint. I bought an Asus RoG PG287Q a couple of weeks ago and it turned out it was faulty on arrival. I sent a message to Scan accompanied with a video of my symptoms and it was quickly followed by an RMA number and collection instructions. It was delivered to Scan on Tues 9th Feb (I found this out after emailing directly).

    My problem is for some reason I can not track my RMA in the RMA tracker, it just comes back with an error message saying that the RMA can not be found.

    RMA is 384670

    Have just tested this myself - and using the RMA number and invoice number, it works fine.

    Please just enter the actual numbers themselves. Sometimes people do enter "RMA 12345" instead of "12345"

    Hi thanks for the response, I just tried again and got the same message:

    I used the same invoice number as you see on this post.

    Ok I just tried using Chrome rather than Microsoft Edge and it worked fine, obviously another bug with Edge.
