RMA Turnaround time

    Hi Nanopoint,

    I made an RMA request for my IB-4220 and posted it off Thursday with RMA reference 8104213. It arrived and was signed for on Friday. What is the average time before it is tested and replaced/repaired, and when would i expect it to be redelivered as i am starting to miss my nas box now.
