This image for some reason is just "Right" for me. No reason other than I like it.

    Excellent work.

Before the bonding comes the grinder.

    Thanks for the pics!
Lotsa clamps! Why didn't you use some blocks to help your clamps spread the pressure?

Because that would have defeated the purpose of having so many clamps?

No special reason. Only my style!

    UPDATE!

    Almost complete.

The back. There are surely better solutions. But: Only the result matters!

For the conection I use some splits.

These are a few first impression of the effect:

To protect the cable vom the coolin system, I use a 1/2" TFC hose.
They are gigantic, but for the conector still to small
    [IMG]

    Therefore: A small cut..

    ... and it will work.

To match the cabel-hose I use the same size hose to protect the 11mm hoses.

Fore the Sidepanals of the cooling systems I need some Aluminium.
    After the triming ...

    ...comes the glue...

    ...and the clamps.

An other thing ist the inner covering. Only white is to boring.
For that reason: A sketch on the plexi
    [IMG]

    Than some labels..

...and after some "Double D" (Drill & Dremel) it looks like:

    After more Dremel...

...and some work with different files
    [IMG]

Another part for the inner covering:

    to be continued :D

What a transformation! Looking really good, great idea using WC tubing to house the fan cable.

Interesting.. though I bet that those metal legs are gonna wreak havoc with vibration from moving parts in the case

until now I didn't notice anything unusual.

For a nice cable-arrangement I have to work on the cardreader
    [IMG]

    First: demount the thing
    [IMG]

A little cut with the Dremel...

With a claen edge I look for a matching peace of plexi
    [IMG]

And so It looks like if the Dremel is faster than your thumb
    [IMG]

    later more

...and made some ports for the cables.

Nice detail on the card reader! Poor Thumb! Modding wreaks havoc on my fingers, too. ;)
