    They're not "in game" as such. They're from an in engine press demo, running on a GTX580 if I remember right. (Maybe that was another game I read about.)


    Anyway, more to the point. ERMAHGAWD ROME II!!!!! SADPLOF;SPDFGSJLK;GDGEORFGAPOFGJ SO MUCH EXCITEMENT!!!

    The game is set to have a larger campaign map than Rome: Total War, and apart from encompassing the extent of the Roman Empire and its environs.

    If that is how it looks real time i'll be mighty impressed but i reckon those were pre rendered at about 1 frame per hour or something similar for it to look like that.

    Wow, that's 3 months earlier than thought!

    I'm wondering how much my PC is going to cry at this one, Total War is always punishing.

    Actually it was earlier than i expected also. I was thinking it would be out just before christmas.

    we've been told itll run on near enough any system. fingers crossed we wont have to fork out too much to upgrade....

    I seem to remember reading somewhere that they've designed it so it scales really well depending on your hardware, if you can run Shogun, you should be able to run this.

    I absolutely love what they've done with the pre-order stuff. It's how it should be, when you pre-order, no matter where from, everyone gets the same stuff, and it's stuff worth having.

    If you don't pre-order, from day 1 you can still buy the pre-order bonus

    Of course, it would be nice just to get everything when you buy the game whether you pre-ordered or not, but it's better than some of the ridiculous pre-order stuff we've had over the last few years with games.

    I think now I understand why I havent upgraded my graphic card since 2010, TW games still run fine on it.
