Small update... One of the room mates has decided to not pay utilities, tomorrow I am filing everything against him. I am possibly dropping charges against one of them since he has paid for utilities without question, although I am going to see if he wont rat his friend out since he doesn't want to get kicked out of Uni. but I am going to take the other one to civil and criminal court. This kid is about to be knocked back into the legal stone-age when I am done with him.
