Hey all, Pretty unorthodox thread I know, but I thought I'd put it out there as I'm interested to see what other people think could be done with this space. Rooms are ultimately a rather personal thing, but I have no clue what to do with mine! I've spent absolutely ages trying to work out what to do with my room in sketchup. It badly needs renovation, it looks horrid as it is and I want something that is a bit more uniform! I've run out of ideas. I was originally thinking that I should go to ikea and get everything from there, but looking at the dimensions of the room I'm wondering if it would pay off to build in some of the furniture. Problem is, I have no idea where to start. I've seen some pretty cool rooms/setups on these here boards so anyone fancy giving me any pointers? Here's the room as it stands now...
