Bud I don't rate this years Bok's side to be honest, yes there are a lot of experienced players in the side. But if you going to win this world cup your second and third phase in the loose mauls is where this cup is going to be won. that is where the Kiwi's and the Aussie's are so quick in there turn around.

You watch how quick the Kiwi's are at it and when you have someone like Carter throwing it wide or using that rugby brain of his.

    Great isn't it?

Years ago you were not allowed to substitute unless their leg was falling off. Those were real battles of attrition and it was common to have players limping around the field by the end of the game.

Yes but the boks know how to win important games, you cannot underestimate how much of a psychological advantage that is.

It may not be pretty but they know how to win ugly. The last world cup won with free flowing rugby was 1987...

Only side I know that is almost ranked number but fail at the final hurdle. Kind of reminds me of the SA cricket team

The Irish game wasn't pretty but boy was it intense. Well done lads, a deserved win for the better team on the day.

Not to mention of course that it is heart-warming to see the Aussie's lose...

This does interesting things to the quarter finals, assuming none of the top ranked teams slip up again.

Awesome Rugby Wales, very well played and typical French playing good Rugby once in a while but lets be honest English at the moment is a all time low.

But they play better than there football counterparts, some of you may hate me for saying this but England will never ever win the world cup football again. Money has taken over the game full stop.

One of the greatest things that struck me was the Montenegro fans clapping our national anthem.

That in itself tells you something and you can see the joy of these people. The country has a population of 650,000 and the result has been fantastic for them but England threw this game away.

Graham Taylor was talking on BBC Radio 5 live

I can't see anyone standing up to the All Blacks in that kind of form.

I'd like to have seen Wales have a crack at them, but France have to carry the Northern Hemispere's hopes. Can't wait for next weekend, should be a cracking match.

The final should be Wales v NZ, France don't deserve to be there the way they have played.

What a game that would of been...
