Windows "Run as administrator", windows don't gain focus

    Hey guys, I'm having an issue in Windows 7. When I run an application as administrator it refuses to gain focus by clicking on the window. The only way I can bring it to focus is by clicking the application icon on the start bar. Has anyone seen this issue before? How do I fix it?

    Oh, ignore me - it was DeskPins. Silly me should have tried shutting down all my window utility apps.
