Assumed you have reset the CMOS?

My gene ballsed up on a bios update. If you have the driver CD it should be able to pull a good image from that by some wizardry. It really freaked me out.
Also my gene allows me to hook up to another laptop or PC via USB to USB which has got me out of a scrape.

Oooh. Final thought, have you removed all removable storage devices? That has been known to screw me up before.

    See here

    Troubleshooting :
    How to clear CMOS
    Page Tools
    Solution
    There is CMOS Jumper :
1.) Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
2.) Move the jumper cap from pins 1-2 ( default ) to pins 2-3. Keep the cap on pins 2-3 for about 5-10 seconds, then move the cap back to pins 1-2.

3.) Plug in the power cord and turn ON the computer.
4.) Hold down the < Del > key during the boot process and enter BIOS setup to re-enter data.

There is a CMOS switch on the back I/O of the motherboard.
1.) Press down the “clr CMOS” switch on the back I/O.
2.) Hold down the < Del > key during the boot process and enter BIOS setup to re-enter data.
    ( It is the CLRTC_SW jumper )

    Note :
    1. The “clr CMOS” switch will not function if the CLRTC_SW jumper is moved to the disable position.
    2. Ensure to re-enter your previous BIOS settings after you clear the CMOS.
    3. You do not need to clear the RTC when the system hangs due to CPU overclocking. With the C.P.R.( CPU Parameter Recall ) feature, shut down and reboot the system so the BIOS can automatically reset CPU parameter settings to default values.

Your Sabertooth has the USB Flashback feature. It may be worth giving it a go:

One more question now that has worked, it will not let me uninstall aI SUITE II. Because when I start the PC it says it cannot find it but its in my program files x86 but it will not let me delete or uninstall it.

Tried to find out where its running in the background but cannot.

Try booting in safe mode and deleting it from in there. Also make sure its stopped from starting up by going to Start > Run > msconfig > Startup

Yep thanks to you guys. But learnt from it that's for sure. Never been a software man. Manual is now going to be read from front to back.
