    This one could have some pretty far-reaching consequences, assuming the ruling cannot be appealed/overturned.

    About time if you ask me, to think just because it was an American company operating an online service in another country that local American laws took precedence over the laws of the country they're operating in, the country where the data is stored was ridiculous.

    Was the highest eu court ruling won't be overturned could try an appeal but I agree with corky for a change :D
