I've just gotten in a little so far (went back down to do my usual run around of Sybil's and Bosco's) and so far, it's been absolute gold. There's so many little jokes thatve made me grimace at the first, rolling into giggles, and eventually coming into an all out side splitting laugh, tears inclusive.

And yeah, when you first enter Bosco's, and Sam quips up with an "oh dear god", and you're left wondering just how bad it could be... it really is that bad

Overall though, the game actually comes across well - at first at least - as a gut buster, but there's more of this gush (or maybe later, gash) to come!

Sound great, that the final ep of season 1 isn't it? Hopefully the games will appear on XBLA soon.

Indeed sadly it is, and if they do come to XBLA, i suppose telltale will have to re-do the controls a little to avoid the mouse-i-ness of it.

They were discussing it, but I don't know if they've confirmed they will. Hopefully they will be making a season two, from the demo I played, the games are great. It's probably one of the few examples of episodic content working well.

Few examples? With the latency of the HL2 eps, and the death of the SiN eps, this seems to sadly be the ONLY example of it working well.

Beyond that, i really have to admire telltale for their pricing schemes. Rather than fleece the customers like other bits would have you ($10 for an hour or two of fun is decent), but having the ability to snag the whole "regular game length" season, and share all the laughs by episode 6 for just $34.95 is a good idea. It gives gamers the whole "follow it, or play it all at once" Option.

The puzzles are pretty good, but like the reviewers said, certain things (especially if you didn't play previous titles!) will be nigh IMPOSSIBLE to get otherwise, and certain parts - like acquiring your hundred trillion - will only really happen through good old malice for vanquished foe's.
