How accurate is the Scan parcel tracking thing? I've got some bits for delivery on 2nd Feb, and it still shows they haven't been picked and they haven't arrived. The bits are all in stock, and 2 phone calls have resulted with delivery on tuesday, then today. So the question is, is the tracker accurate, or shall I stay around waiting for the delivery? Is there a warehouse issue they're having, as they kind of jumped over about why it's late....
It is a warehouse issue, they've expanded to a secondary warehouse and have been making a lot of mistakes recently. Best to ring them up and moan.
