Nothing should be done in haste but gripping a flea. Use grease to thread.

 

Hole the rear panel for treaded rods and draws:





Place the core tray tray to the rear panel with crafted spacers:





As you can see, I have a gap for the last spacer in the midst of the PSU hole cooling!

So I will srew a new piece of steel to the core tray (symbolized by the paper tape on the scrap metal):

 

Your right, I used thread with aluminium in the past and was okay, but, steel doesn't works like aluminium.. Now I know!

But I was using thread doing a 1/2 round, then get back, then a 1/2 round more, etc, etc.. but needed to know about grease...
