    With an ancient tool (hammer still better working than CNC for this use :naughty:), to begin bend and finish it with my new vise, milimeter after milimeter (old school way too :p:) the mobo tray to stiffen it:

    Finished to file the contour shape and the brushed effect on aluminium tank plate

    A genuine subterranean lair cut from the bedrock? :thumb: PERFECT for mad science! I feel inadequate with my house built on sand 20 feet above sea level.
    Who doesn't want their own bat-cave, even if it's communal.

    Hole the rear panel for treaded rods and draws:

    Place the core tray tray to the rear panel with crafted spacers:

    As you can see, I have a gap for the last spacer in the midst of the PSU hole cooling!

    So I will srew a new piece of steel to the core tray (symbolized by the paper tape on the scrap metal):

    Your right, I used thread with aluminium in the past and was okay, but, steel doesn't works like aluminium.. Now I know! :wallbash:

    What kind of grease use you?

    But I was using thread doing a 1/2 round, then get back, then a 1/2 round more, etc, etc.. but needed to know about grease...
