Love that you're getting into this at a young age.
I would get some cheap Chinese single and 2-flute end mills, especially for plexiglass. Your cuts will improve drastically over using those burrs.

Beware! A few years ago China flooded the market with super rough, non center-cutting bits. Generally, the better bits in 1/8" shank are the ones with the plastic collars on them. The collars are so you can change bits without resetting the Z axis. Get Japanese bits if you can.

Fair point thanks. I'm usually careful when I buy stuff online though. Avoid bad reviews and generally stick to Amazon if I can. Gotta love that next day prime delivery when you need them ASAP

Thanks! I have done a lot the last month, I got one 'almost perfect' distro, it's just a small one to ensure myself it was working and it did! I made more but they didn't come out that nice (chips were getting into the leadscrew and it was screwed) but now it won't happen any more hopefully.

I bought 2 pairs of 5 pieces and on Amazon for 25€ and the day they were delivered I saw the exact same ones on AliExpress for 8€ together . Those ones are just rebranded and doubled in price on Amazon I think.

IMG_20200213_200853.jpg yesterday flushed the loop and dismantled it. IMG_20200213_200856.jpg
Here you see the 'new' GPU terminal in place IMG_20200213_221707.jpg applied new thermal paste and screwed the block in place, test fitted the 24 pin extension and in the top left depinned the 8 pin extension and depinned it on the other side because I had +- 5 mm clearance to move the cables through this was the only option without tearing down the whole case.

Today I want to make the bends from the GPU terminal to the cpu and machine some cable combs for the 24 pin and make a small panel between the rad and the mobo
