Apple scratched powerbook

    so i scratched my powerbook screen up pretty bad. someone kicked it. Anything i can do?

    Kill the person who did it? :D

    You can get replacement chassis for them but they aren't cheap, you can also sometimes remove light scratches with very gentle polishing but I wouldn't bother as its unlikely to work.

    Ouch sorry to hear that.

    It's very hard/impossible to remove deep scratches though. You can get a replacement body for it..but I wouldn't bother as they are very expensive. I'd leave it like it is.. If you know who kicked it, then I would definatly go complain to him.. his damage, his problem.

    And tell your HD is damaged, kicks do such things ;)
