Im looking for some quiet fans for liquid cooling.

I currently have 3x Noctuas but im not impressed by their performance. They are quiet if I run them at a low RPM but that obviously taxes performance.

I hear a lot of people use Scythe fans but are they better? I am under the impression people use Scythe fans because they are half the price of Noctua fans.

I have 2 Noctuas on my TRUE currently but i've invested in Gentle Typhoons for me WC :) They massive out perform the Noctuas in terms of air flow and are just as quiet, the only noise is from the massive air flow ( I have the 1850RPM versions)

I'd go Scythe, Noctuas are expensive and (according to Bit's fan roundup) not as good as they are made out to be.
