During this morning's commute through the wilds of North Wales:-

    A 1-month-old Tesla Model S
    A 60-year-old Aston Martin DB2-4

Caught this lovely 65 at King William in Chigwell on Friday... Not my pic unfortunately but it was quite beautiful without the surrounding pretentious bollocks...

Can someone please tell Americans to stop fitting atrocious chrome rims to their cars, especially the classics. I facepalm everytime I watch one of those West Coast Customs type shows on TV when the time comes to fit the wheels.

+1 on that. I do hate those sort of wheels in chrome, but they do still work on them, especially on a colour like that.
Probably look better if they were a bit smaller and maybe black dish and just the spokes chrome.

    Nice... I think.

I can never quite decide if Weismanns are gorgeous, or fugly. From that angle, I think it'll do.

My Dad had one for about 2 years, and bar the electronics being reminiscent of a TVR, it was brilliant fun.

It's basically the German TVR, in so many ways.

My dad had one of those for about two years. Brilliant fun, but the electronics were reminiscent of a Weismann

Oh boy. That is beautiful. Sr71 isn't too shabby either. Always reminds me of the film d.a.r.y.l.

    Love the 917K.

That's one of the cars that used to adorn my bedroom as a kid along with the GT40.

A good day out at [National Motor Museum] Beaulieu :thumb:
It was the annual Boat Jumble there today, didn't go this year, but have enjoyed that and the Autojumbles over the years.
Which car to take home if you could choose just one....?

I've seen that 917 a few times when I've been to the Goodwood Festival of Speed.

I saw a Cobra (or possibly a replica) the other day near Rochdale, it sounded amazing.

Highly likely to be a replica.

I was out playing in a Superperformance replica a few months ago - 650+ BHP, they are just mental things. Wouldn't personally want one as they are hell to sit in at speed, but they sure are pretty.

Saw my first Mercedes-AMG GT today, it doesn't have the presence of an SLS but its a nice looking car in it's own right.
