A colleague turned up to work this morning in his shiny new (grey) Tesla model 3 dual motor.
It's really unfair as the MD's blue one won't arrive until November!

It was about 12" deep, apparently it was floating around earlier in the day, not quite sure I believe that. Only got recovered this morning.

Just been for a short ride in the Tesla model 3 Performance I mentioned above.
Even without "Ludicrous Speed", it's acceleration is just :eeek::jawdrop::clap:

I live just 29 miles from the Ariel factory in Crewkerne and I have never seen any Ariel, cars or bike.

I'm not into classic cars but I do love a classic car electric conversion.

Fully Charged on Youtube also did a video about that car recently, and got invited back for a test drive.
(It was in bits during the visit)

We were both doing 100kmh in opposite directions, so I didn't get a picture, but between butt-**** nowhere villages I saw a Porsche 918.

Imo one of the least dull current Porsche models. Normally around here it's all 911 and variations that look identical.

Same here, sometimes see an orange GT3 RS. There is a very nice grey Cayman GTS that parks in the garage under my wife's workplace, always preferred the shape of the Cayman to the 911, and this grey is a lovely colour, especially when offset by the Yellow brake calipers.

On the back roads between Knutsford & Wilmslow perchance? That's where I saw one a couple of years ago.

Slightly different country these days! I think I was somewhere between Langenhaslach and Naichen. I think. All these place names are so absurd to me I can't remember them.

If ever a thread needed resurrected, it's this one (I have no conscience). I saw an Abarth 595 Esseesse in the flesh yesterday and it made me want one even more. Wasn't quick enough to get a snap, but this is what I saw:
