So how do the exclusive units work in multiplayer? Will a player with the Imperial version have an advantage over a 'regular' player because he has access to Elite Regiments?
I'd expect there to be a "Disable Collectors Edition Content" toggle so CE owners can play with non-CE players if they want.
Because I know I'll forget on the day, happy birthday in a few weeks Joe!
I wouldn't have thought so, in campaign multiplayer you're usually limited to just one of every special unit and they cost more and take more time to make. In RTS multiplayer, when setting up your armies they'll be more expensive to buy, so for the price of the special unit you could buy a regular unit that has been upgraded. And again, I think there's a limit. So it should balance out fine.
Quite looking forward to this but I think I'll leave off for a while, I still need to play more empire and there are quite a few games coming out soon I want to get so funds will be diverted elsewhere.
Hmmmmm.. napoleonic wars... nice
I wonder if we gonna see some even bigger armies in this game, you know, like napoleonic-wars-are-famous-for Big.
Also makes me wonder, what will be next in the total war series... WWI: Total War?... American Colonies Independency: Total War?....
Looking forward to command the Grande Armèe into the rough path of Glory!!
Can we play as Sharpe?
Lets hope this game can be played by GT2xx owners with the most recent drivers from nVidia, unlike ETW for the last three months.
Hopefully a return to a pre-gunpowder age.
Oh really, what's the issue? I was thinking of reinstalling ETW.
Missing objects in the campaign map (forests, cities, etc), missing sails in the ships, etc.
Many have reverted to the 181.22 (22/01/2009) to be able to play without problems, others kept the 190.62 (21/08/2009).
You should try any way. It might not affect your system.
I'm a tad lucky then, I've not had a problem.....
Fully patched ETW?
Will there be a NTW review by Bit-tech?
