I noticed a couple of days ago that the leatherette on the earpads of my Sennheiser PXC450s was pealing, not a huge deal, they're a couple of years old and it didn't affect their operation. Today the earpad split and the foam came out, headphones no-longer usable so I go on the the net and try to find replacement earpads. The headphones cost £210 when I bought them. A pair of replacement earpads costs... £54.99! Am a really expected to believe that the earpads cost 1/4 of the cost of the headphones? I am not a happy man. Moriquendi
Try asking head-fi or something if you can get generic pads that will fit, or if you can get a better deal. Sorry about the high price though :-(
