Other Serial 232 to USB converters - SOLVED

    Im looking for serial 232 to usb converters

    now thats easy you might say but i need one that will be 100% compatible with windows 7 64-bit has anyone used one that works or know someone that has.

    ive seen some around from various shops but a lot have conflicting comments like works a treat on windows 7 64-bit and then another comment says no driver for win7 64-bit !!!

    They work fine (the ones that are using FT232 chip at least), but mind you - they are sometimes recognized as Microsoft trackball.

    no matter ive solved it

    used prolific serial to usb drivers as they are WHQL certified they work on most converters
