:jawdrop: wtf is goin on in the US? There quite a few videos of this sort of thing going on :jawdrop: Even little girls aren't safe from the brutality :jawdrop:
They say saddam tortured his own people, these cops are no better, what's next, pepper spray, mace or even taser the kids on sight? They need to fight the war on terrorism in their own frontyard.

This sort of activity has gotta be illegal - these guys gotta get the sack & get sued, if not, they'll probably end up getting killed themselves.

+1 for camera phones, but what happens when the cops have thier prisoners away from prying eyes :jawdrop:

I have no interest to visit the corrupt US, Australia isn't perfect but it's heaven compared to some places.

I cant hear it as I’m in work, but from the video, the cop comes across as MrTough Guy that can threaten and beat up children with his puffed out chest. - ******.

    Wow. Someone's got issues... :eeek:

Love the professional attitude. Reminds me of law enforcement in the Southerns States during segregation. Only teens are the new "*******".

I'd pull a knife and stab the guy in the liver. Teach him a lesson - if he runs around doing that kind of stuff then someones going to kill him, his words not mine.

That car is ridiculous, his uniform is crap too but not as bad as the car. It looks like an overgrown golf buggy. I watched a couple of the related vids that came up - the worst is this other cop that is even rougher, with a few boys and even a little girl gets put in a headlock for no reason!
It was titled something like: "go skateboard day" part 1 & 2 This cop ended up getting charged for all that but he got off scott free - its sickening, cops bashing kids for skateboarding, what else? bash adults for speeding? what happens if you steal? or are violent?

I think someone's envious of real police officers who get a V8-squad car, not a midget bubble car and a silly uniform.

Regardless of how the kids might have ignored him at first, there's simply no need to go mad like that - patience is a virtue that policemen need.

Haha, they clearly don't teach cops how to deal with situations like that, because to be honest, he couldn't have done it worse.

If you listen carefully at the end he says "can you put that camera away, because if I find myself on youtu..."

C'mon. This cop was clearly on a power trip, but please don't slate the entire country based on his actions. Actually living here, I can tell you from experience that this is not the norm.

I skateboard and use to deal with security..

I wouldn't have given up my board. And I would have been very insulting to a police officer that just man handled me for such petty reasons, especially when I knew the scene was being filmed.

Of course it's not the norm, but it happens a hell of a lot.

I heard this on the radio on the morning show on my way home, the "dude" didn't deserve to be called an officer with that kind of professionalism.

So what you're saying is that since you've got the camera, you think you can get away with being an ass with some clever editing? What if the police were the ones with the camera (as you're in the UK, this is kind of a given)?

I'm certainly not saying that you should submit to authority and never question them, but "I would have been very insulting to a police officer that just man handled me for such petty reasons, especially when I knew the scene was being filmed" really isn't the way to handle yourself, regardless of how the other party is acting.
That, OTOH, I totally agree with.
