I brought coh/cov combined edition earlier today just installed no problem created my plaync master account entered my 20 digit activation code no problem then went to enter my billing information entered as my card is a solo card and was on the list only to be told payment bank details invalid please go back and try again so I've contacted their support which was a mission in its self only to get an auto response so I'm stuck here with a game that I can not play until they contact me which I have been REALLY looking forward to play. so as the title says I'm seriously not impressed
You should be able to play as when I bought CoV the cd key activated either a 30 day or 60 day account. You can also use those "Refer a friend" codes on your own account.
Yep, you get the first 30 days free, but before it activates, it requires the billing information that it would be using after those 30 days. Until you enter it, the 30 free days don't activate. It's a bloody stupid way of doing it, but it's the way they do it.

exactly it should be accepted but for some reason its not and it looks like billing is shut until monday
