    That is a 802.11g antenna :)

I'm sorely tempted, but it is a bit small for my next project :) Thinking of using the EATX mobo this is custom motherboard is based on in a slightly larger system.

I presume you are referring to the DK8N when it ever comes out.

Actually the DK8E, which is the same as the DK8N, but with PCI-E graphics and PCI-X 2.0 slots.

Have you got any idea when the DK8E should be shipping.

I need to build a new PC soon for CAD/CAM and will probably be going dual opteron.

Apparently Q3 this year. The DK8N was due to launch in Q2, which it has done, so there is a good chance that the DK8E will be released sometime between July and September.

Give you a chance to save up for those nice 250s!

I'm having a vision... it's a IWill SFF dual Opteron... it's water-cooled... with Aqua-Computer gear... the picture is becoming clearer... wait... wait... It's got a C-systems pump, chrome polished!

Darn, and I haven't even finished my current project! :D

Me too Nexxo, but with Dual-Core Opterons and four 1GB sticks of memory.

Four cores and 4GB of Memory inside a shuttle case...drool...

I have been hunting around work like crazy to see if anyone has this case for testing, but I haven't found it yet. (nor the motherboard)

    Hmm...my dream PC(for now):
    -Dual Opteron Shuttle
    -Two Dual Core 2.4ghz Opterons
    -4GB of DDR 400
    -Dual Raptor 74GB SATA Raid
    -Slot-Load DVD-R +/-
    -ATI Radeon X800XT
    -Watercooled everything
    -802.11G for networking
    -Bluetooth for all perephrials.

/Edit the link looks like it is down

If you look at the pics on Hexus, there is one problem. It has a VERY non-standard mounting, with 6 mounting holes shared between the two sockets, the middle two being shared between the two coolers.

Looks like time for a one off dual processor waterblock!
