I've had a Silverstone SG-01 for a while now, and about 3 months ago picked up a sapphire radeon 4850. One problem I didn't forsee, the video card couldn't be plugged into power with the hard drive cage installed, there just wasn't enough room. So I ran w/o the drive cage for a bit, and yesterday finally took a dremel to the drive cage to fit it all in.

I don't have all the bits I wanted, and I don't have a small grinding bit or a file (not where I was, at least), and my carbide cutter got out of control a little... so the hole isn't a perfect square, but it is smooth and won't cut the cable, and it works. :D

I was bricking it then... my 4850's only got one power in, then I sw in the photo it was a 4870 :p tbh I'd still sandpaper the hole or line it with something, just as a precaution (maybe not til a later date though)

Off-topic: Where did you get that magical graphics card extra fan holder? Or is it part of the case? <3

On-topic: Nice handiwork. I'd never have the guts to actually change my case :/

The fan holder above the pci slots is part of the case. The rear angled one comes with it, the front clear one I bought later and added.
