It's funny - but it's also a fake, I'm afraid. Check the domain registration details: when it first appeared a few months ago, it was registered to some dude in Canada. Now, it's a "private registration." Either way, t'aint Shell m'fraid.

I have to agree with that New Statesman article - Greenpeace have been incredibly misleading and not particularly clever here. Any 14 year old can make a copy of a website and plug a memegenerator into it. Massive kudos to Shell for just ignoring them.
Greenpeace are regarded as unhelpful lunatics by mainstream environmental charities anyway. Greenpeace have a long and illustrious history of fail.
