Shin Etsu conductivity?

    As per title really, I don't seem to be able to find anywhere that'll conclusively tell me whether or not this stuff is conductive.

    Anyone know? Thanks

    I didn't think it was made of anything metalic or conductive? Arctic Silver isn't even conductive so i doubt that stuff is.

    It's just a bugger to get off, I got a little bit on a cap on the GPU and don't want to risk damaging it cleaning it off but don't want to fry the card when I power it up either...
