Windows Shutdown multiple PC's with batch file

It depends on how the installation process goes. If it is just a program or executable, there is always a 'Run as' setting which only elevates that particular process with Admin rights. The local environment is still the protected user account.

Edit: You should be able to alter the user account policy to allow Load and unload device drivers.
