    whew
well, using the guide on the modding guides here at bit-tech, i tinted some plexiglass with 5% limotint (apparently some of the darker stuff you can get)

so i took the original grill out of the side of my Shuttle SB75G2 and replaced it with this tinted plexiglass.

when the computer is off (lights off) you can't see ANYTHING through the plexiglass, then, power her on and watch the beast come alive XD

So no actual pics of the tint itself?

Also have you noticed any adverse affect to temps after removing the mesh?

actually he asked about the "tints" since your post was shuttle window tinting... So is the window suppose to be tinted? I guess if you tinted it, its not very noticable because of the tint percentage.

thats one of the darkest tints you can get
5% meaning that it only lets 5% of all light through

it is tinted, the purpose behind it is that it gives it a nice tint effect when powered on, but when those lights are off or the computer is turned off, you cant see anything through it, not even light from the mesh on the other side of the case.

its actually quite dark, and when i took the picture with the flash, it went through the tint, reflected on the inside and illuminated everything, which is why its really hard to take a picture of the tint when its black, but ill try again later tonight
