Hello! I'm currently in the process of makin my pc more silent, and the only thing left is my Radeon Hd4650. Does anyone have any recommendations for quiet/silent coolers for this card?

Just to confirm, I assume you have the card already. This could be a good option: http://www.arctic-cooling.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=2_&mID=256 It uses a quiet 92mm fan. I have the Accelero XTREME GTX 280 which uses three of these fans and its still very quiet. One slight caution is that it will take up a couple of pci slots so be careful.
