Cool, gives me time to see if I like it enough to buy it.
If not, I'll withdraw so someone else with a greater interest in the game can have a greater chance of winning. :)

My only gripe after playing it, is that it is quite easy to retreat, you need to attack on their planets to cause some damage.
IMHO it makes the game much more static.

Defenses cannot be really upgraded to defend against the swarm of units in the end game too. It is a very solid game though and multiplayer is quite fun.
It is funny to see that it ended up at the #5 place in these rankings:

    http://www.gamestats.com/index/gpm/pc.html

Although this has alot more to do with the fact that there are very few PC releases nowadays ...

Grats DarkLord, hope you enjoy it.

I have come to the opinion that this game should be branded too cool for school because it is far too awesome. Advent capital ships seem to be a bit crap though, the abilities they have aren't that amazing.

Played around with this most of yesterday.
Seemed to get pwnd by the PC on normal even on a 7-moon map.

Still, played it enough to know I like it so I'll be buying soon... :)

    Cool.
Bought this today and the stardock steam-a-like thing detected my current dodgy install and patched it up anyway.
Saved me re-downloading the whole thing again.

I have to say, I much prefer their way of distributing games.
Much more laid back than the crap DRM type stuff on most games (starforce anyone?). :)

Just bought this, and although excellent, it REALLY could do with ultra end game units, such as the experimental units in SupCom, as the end game can drag on for ages.

    Otherwise, Tip top game!
