I've been using Sketchup for a while now, but I'm not that good that I can remake a whole case.

Soon I'll be gettin the case for my new modding project. It's a Lian-Li pc-60.

Can anyone make draw it for me? Coz I'm to n00b for it haha...

    Thanks alot!

PS: Offcourse I'll show the project log here :)

    [edit]

Ow yeah, last question... How do you guys design something on scale? I've always quessed it was the right proportions... Plz tell me how to do so hehe :)

wtf?! - millimetres to centimetres must be the easiest conversion in the world! also can't you just work in cm in sketchup?

Go through the first several written tutorials (think the VCB is mentioned in the third one) and it will explain how to create things to scale. view > pref's > units will let you choose which you work in - m/cm/inch etc.

any other questions, let us know.

well, i like to use MM because CM is too imprecise. Besides, i'm canadian, so all units are good...

well I'm from England, where all units come from.
any'hoo' :D, you can have measurements in cm which are very precise, e.g.: 12.34cm (123.4mm)

indeed you can, but i can't remember excessive decimals. Besides, i'm used to working on cases with literally .5mm to spare.

I did a cheep 15 dollar USB 2.0 card that is popular here in Riverside and on the internet. It is to scale to 0.1 mm (used a vernier caliper for measurements) Enjoy (this is my first major sketch up project)
