    Rowan57, he would be meaning the .skp (ie the model) file, not the program itself. As has been said many times before, you can download a fully functional trial from the www.sketchup.com website and if you want to use it for a longer period of time you will have to purchase a license. :thumb:

    How do you go about creating a ball in sketchup ive tried and cant really work it out,

    eith a quick tutorial or if someone could make me one that would be great though i should learn to do it myself, if your doing to create it it's 58mm or 2 1/4 inch

    All you need is a two circles on perpendicular axes. Preselect a face and use the followme tool to drag the other face onto the first. You have a sphere.

    I'm designing a new case mod, however I cannot seem to find a 40mm fan, is there one, if not could someone design it for me?

    theres a 80mm fan around somewhere.... just resize it to 40mm... aint hard..

    might i suggest dowloading an 80 mm fan, selecing the scale tool, grabbing a corner and typing on 0.5?

    You realise it'll be to the wrong scale? :)
    The hub of a 40mm fan isnt much different from the hub of an 80mm fan :D

    is it really relevant about the size of the hub and blades? i mean for accuracy's sake yes. for most tho, no.

    I don't need to be 100% accurate, but this will do - it looks ok anyway.
