    Hi dirk,

I've never noticed that the mouse is any different in SU, but can make a suggestion:
Set the acceleration higher and the speed lower, this means that you can move the cursor a long way when you want, just by moving the mouse faster.

Is there anywhere I can get a fully modeled computer from? I tried making one myself by creating a cuboid and just downloading models from Jazzles site but with me being totally new to all of it I found it was just to hard to even get the motherboard to line up with the 'case' correctly.

Im in desperate need as I have to create a design model for my Graphics design course.

:nono: if it's for school, then we shouldn't really help... ;)
do you need a case with all the components inside?

Yeah just a a see-thru cuboid with no designs on it with all the components inside would be great. I know I really should do it myself but the deadlines closing in for the whole project and the initial design part is the only bit thats missing, I even have the finished product (which is a semi-modded case) completed.

If I had a model with all the parts I could just tinker with it and add the design changes that I have made myself.

Just for all you Macheads out there, Google Sketchup (free) for Mac was apparently just released. So typical that it's within an hour of me emailing them asking if they have a release date planned... anyways, no more limited-time trial direct from Sketchup if you don't want to cough up the $495.

I just modelled a tin of Bawls mints for the heck of it, works great. Except that I have my middle mouse button set to an exposé function so I had to remap it to cmd+ctrl+click for the orbit tool :D

I did these two a while ago, first is an Eizo FlexScan F931, a nice 21" crt monitor.

Second is a Pioneer receiver and cd. I don't know if they really have anything to do with computers.

I found this site which also offers sketchup components to be uploaded. You can submit any component you want there and the best of all they host hte files. Pretty nice :) if anyone cares...
