For starters, it's made for air cooling, but has enough space for future water cooling.

    Lot's of images first.

2 device slots, 1 for dvd/bd and 1 for fan controller.

Just a RIIE with an IFX-14.

    3 hardware angles

The parts to hold the hardware will be made of either polycarbon or alubon.

    skeleton

The skeleton will be made with anodized aluminium.

The idea is to provide optimal passage for the air to cool the hardware, and to keep the cable management as nice as possible.

Any ideas for improvements or anything else?

The images are quite big, so I thought I'd just link them instead. There should be a spoiler option, best of both worlds.

you really want to have your case this big? i mean the concept, the cable channels and everything seems very good, but id say scale the case down a bit

I have tried to make it as small as possible, but it's hard to make everything fit and still have proper cable management, and also space for future water cooling.

Using the design for the HDD brackets ( it looks like Mountain Mods triple HDD bracket ) , you will be blocking the inner 2 drives on each bracket from airflow from the fans.

Rotate the mounting holes 90 degrees and air will flow over and through all the drives.

Yes, it is the hdd holder from MM, slightly modded :D I have thought of that, but have not found any good solution yet. Maybe something simple the the PSU holder will do.

If you're only using 2 sets, why not mount them on the 120mm fans as they are designed to ?

Have 1 of the 120s as an intake and the other as an exhaust and you have a through flow of air over all 6 HDDs.

Much better airflow and will hide all the cable connections on the back of the HDDs.

I would comment, but I just see red crosses, I think that's my work blocking the images though :(

Easily, you'd need plenty of screws or glue and dowelling though... and the motherboard tray would pretty much have to be made of metal or plastic
