Good advice i guess ubermiche. Well i think im gonna aim for about 12st, ive stopped using my weights atm so i could actually lose some weight and tone better before building muscles and putting loads of weight on. Im fairly big build so being muscular is kinda just happening as im slimming But yea, the big plan was get down to ~12st, then start doing alot more with my weights. Hell, might even joy the weights gym my mate goes to. He seems to swear by it, tho still looks like a wuss so im not sure if he actually bothers going :/ lol.. O well, Looking forward to being fit again more than anything and we'll see hot it goes otherwise And as for running on my hands :/ i can do it in the water Proph.
