Slow Transfer Rate :(

    When I download files, I have a transfer rate of about 21.3 KB/Sec when I had 1.08 MB/sec. It is really annoying me so if anyone could help me get it back up to what it was, that would be great

    I'm downloading files from rapidshare, I was able to download files in the past in about 2 mins but today it's taking hours

    Is this over a university network of one that you personally manager?

    Contact your university then, it will probably be them throttling rapid share (personally I hate it)
