So, more detail later but the TL;DR version is that I found myself with some very small living arrangements and got creative. There's someone out there that has a bed higher than mine? How do you get out of it? Is there some kind of dump mechanism, or do you jump out of the window? You save more space if you work off of the floor. Don't build little desks for everything, make a short stool.
