what are you going to be getting your loved ones on this day of celebration? Doing it on the cheap!? Got anything special planned? I'm currently hunting for what to buy the mother, father and sister with about £100!
Diana Camera for my sister -$50- as well as Guitar Hero World Tour -$46 Dad, GT Floor Mats, Truck Floor Mats, Jeff Dunham Christmas Special, $200 Mom, Cornhole Boards - $100, Seasons of Friends -$50 Girlfriend, ~$200 on something. Woo.
Pound-monkey! Not quite decided who he's for yet Except my Dad, he's getting impact sockets. Edit: 2K posts \o/
-Left 4 Dead for a girl-who-is-a-friend-for-now-and-my-best-friend's-sister ($50 maybe?) -Honda/Ayrton Senna memorabilia for a co-worker--he's a Honda nut and was in the UK during Senna's career. (probably $50) -Nazi and SS memorabilia ($25) -Ridox (Manabu Orido) #55 racing driving gloves ($70) None of those gifts are for me and I haven't actually planned it out or calculated my finances... because I'm kind of afraid of doing so... my wallet might hurt. I haven't a VISA either, but, now isn't a dandy time to be applying for credit. Also, I think it's the celebratory birthday of at least 30+ other fictional deities across a variety of religions on "Christ-mass". Uh oh I said the R-word. Shitt! Better crucify myself come April and repent, eh.
Aiming to spend about ~£30 on each of my siblings, and my parents, thats 5 of them...and the remaining on my girlfriend probably.
Not certain on everyone else but my mother has been after one of those E-Readers, so gonna get one of them for her... and tbh I can't really think of what I'm gonna get any one else :S how long do we have left?...
isn't that against the bro-code? - Cellphone for my brother (Nokia 5000 or something - about 900,- here) - dunno-what-yet for the missus. Wanted to buy a MSI Wind for her, but am a bit budget restrained due to HR screwing up my taxes... so dunno yet... she could use an ipod, a notebook or a new cellphone... so one of those probably, dependant on when certain freelance clients pay what. - Legos or something for my baby brother (he's 8) something for myself (prolly a proper notebook, the way it looks), once i get the funds. parents and i have a mutual agreement - stuff presents.
We bought plane tickets for use to spend Christmas with our respective parents and siblings. We haven't been back to the US in 5 years so that is their present. Besides, after 24+ hours in a plane, I'm not in a very giving mood.
Hopefully for a history buff, but still that's kinda creepy. Man that's a heck of a trip to come home.
Girlfriend - lots of video game stuff and a Victorias Secret gift card Mom - speakers for her computer Dad - The complete Foxfire Book set
Akava, as of Monday, it will be 24 shopping days till Christmas. So far, only bought 1 present, Mock the Week for my mother. One more present for my mum will be bought this weekend, don't know what, it will either be 1 expensive item, or several cheaper items. And then only buying a present for a good friend of mine, the rest of them are getting cards. Sam
