Not only that, I neglected to mention that it's a rear-wheel drive car, not front-wheen like "sports" cars are today ;)

    Found more specs...
    0 - 60 time < 5.5 sec
    1/4 mile run < 14 sec

True dual-exhaust system - completely isolated exhaust paths for each side of engine with different length path for resonators to produce a different sound for each side.

Dude, I can't wait to see this thing when it's released! Depending on the cost, I may forgo my search for my '72 Judge and look into this...

my only problem with it is that it looks to much like the a grand prix with a firebird engine. i was hoping that it would look something like an older one.

hopefully the 2008 firebird would end Pontiac's screw-up streak

'02 was the final model year for the firebirds. i got a hunch that they will be back for '08 to celebrate the 40th anni.

Not my dream car (not even a car), but I would love to have one for cruising:

    2004 Valkyrie Rune

And, check out the stats: It is 1832cc liquid-cooled horizontally opposed six-cylinder. The bore and stroke is 74.0mm x 71.0mm.. This bike runs on PGM-FI (fuel injection) with automatic choke. It is a Five-speed and is shaft driven. The wheel base on this bike is 68.9 inches and weighs around 795lb. Woohoo, liquid cooled goodness :)

2007 would actually be the 40th anniversary of the firebird, but they haven't produced any anniversary firebirds, just anniversary TA's, which started in '69... who knows what those knuckleheads are doing - killing off such a long run vehicle and producing the GTO instead really hurts...

Its got a cuple TFTs in side and an X-boc :D

and its ten times better then some of the modded TTs i've seen atleast it ketp the general shape of the car soem of them have changed the front and the rear added new bits etc that oen is kinda of clean cut. I like it but then i love the shiny wheels :p
