    I'm lefter than Ghandi!

Prob a bit biased now, with all the crap town hall is pulling here right now

    Your political compass
    Economic Left/Right: -4.88
    Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.77

The more negative, the more left/libertarian orientated you are.

    where do you stand?

I contradicted myself so many times in that test. Clearly my views on ethics and morality are still maturing. For example, I strongly agreed that sex outside marriage is sometimes immoral but I strongly disagreed with abortion being illegal.

    Your political compass
    Economic Left/Right: 0.13
    Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 2.10

    This was a good question:
"Our civil liberties are being excessively curbed in the name of counter-terrorism. "

Sorry, i think this is a bit of a strange question... i am not married, and never will be. Still i don't think the sex i have is immoral... Or, would they mean cheating on your wife????

Can you still trace back your scores? Might be fun to get some chart cooked up later on...

Evidently your opinion and mine differ. Nothing more. I'm not trying to sit on some kind of moral high horse here, I'm just a little... funny about sex. Having had some religious background I suppose. This isn't a thread for arguing about the moralities of premarital sex, and I don't want to argue about it, so let's just leave it at that.

Noticed that (being a little more nondescript this time) my answers to "A same sex couple in a stable, loving relationship, should not be excluded from the possibility of child adoption" and "No one can feel naturally homosexual" contradicted each other.

I'm just suprised that I'm exceptionally near the center of the graph and actually slightly to the left :O

My point too, my remark was just about the question the survey asked, i find that explainable in two ways...

I guess that agrees with my own self-classification of centre-ish economic beliefs and right wing libertarianism.

Not surprised by the second one, but a bit surprised by the first. College must be rubbing off on me.

I find it interesting that the far lefties are being considerd to be libertarians when by its very nature the far left is highly authoritarian. Methinks this is perhaps something designed to rub certain ego's more than be an accurate portrayal.

Heh, sorry I didn't mean to make it sound like I thought you were starting :p

That may be the case, certainly seems there's some bias to the left in the test (that's not from a statistical point of view, that's the impression I got from the questions).
