My sleeps messed up, Normally fall asleep at 8-9pm, wake up at 12-1am then go gym, sleep from 5 to 9, repeat
Just woke up. My first proper sleep in in my own bed for a few weeks. It's a nice feeling! I wanted to sleep in more, but had a shitty dream, so I forced myself out of it.
Wide awake and watching the excellent Road to Perdition, but I would rather be sleeping but it seems to be evasive tonight.
Tonight it was after ten which is quite late for me and I had a busy but boring day painting my hall. I am off to see a specialist next month as the insomnia may well be connected to other issues I am having at the moment.
I think it would be super to be able to function on 4 hours sleep. Its such a waste of time. Still 10pm to 2am is not great. My natural cycle seems to fall around 4am or 5am to around 11am to 1pm. Which is not good when the rest of the world operates on a different pattern. Especially work, which meant I was constantly tired, coming in with 4 or 5 hours sleep a few days in a row, completely crashing then at 6 pm. Then have periods where I was up at 3 or 4 because I was a sleep at 6pm. Ugh.
yep still up, bored but I'd rather sleep during the day, that way I don't have to deal with humanity face to face....human beings in RL suck. The internet is a much nicer place it comes with its own I'm ignoring you ability that RL doesn't
She won't use them as apparently they make her tinnitus bad. I haven't been offered any evidence either. Yet I'm expected to use something called a snore wizard which is like a gum shield which displaces the jaw and stops you snoring. yes it works, sadly its not comfortable makes your mouth dry out and makes my gums bleed and my teeth sore. Sooner sleep in separate beds than wear that stupid junk. I snore because I'm fat !
I'm awake because I drank too much, passed out on the sofa and woke up with a stiff neck. Back in bed now though
Millie the cat has forgotten to put her internal clock back. So I now enjoy being woken an hour earlier so I can let her out. Grrrr.
I'm most productive in the evening and this followed on from my degree where i would be up till early hours working on coding and perfecting my dissertation. On weekends i usually worked from 8pm till 3am then slept in until 10-11 the next morning unless i had to go to work. Now i try force myself to sleep around 11pm at the latest to be up for 7:00-7:30am to be out the door by 8:00 but i have a girlfriend who seems to have a habit of falling asleep ridiculously early and consistently (maybe a few times a week) waking me up at 3,4,5 like a kid on christmas. Or even worse 6:15 so returning back to a deep sleep can't happen! I went through a stage of drinking water at the wrong time and waking up always 3:30 to go the toilet until i made sure i was drinking early enough. I still ended up waking up for weeks after just confused and irritated
Bit of a lie in this morning. Managed to stay asleep till 4am. When I say stay asleep I really mean not fully wake up. My sleep pattern is like a roller coaster ride with me waking up then deep sleep then waking up and so on. No wonder I suffer from non restorative sleep syndrome. Need a nap or two during the day now which is never longer than an hour but is very intense which is a weird word to use but it fits.
The clocks changing on sunday has done a number on me.. Body clock used to 5 am start but it's now 4am and i cannot for the life of me go back to sleep so been walking dog at that time. Love how peaceful it is just got i from a 2 hour walk :-/ n its 7am lol
