Graphics Softmod Powercolor x800Pro VIVO to X800XT PE

    Has anybody done this softmod?

    I've just brought a powercolor x800Pro VIVO. I removed the cooler sticker and it does say X800XT PE on it. Also if I modded it would the stock cooler that came with still be ok.

    Really tempted... :D

    well if the cooler said XT PE under the sticker, then its an XT PE cooler right? :D

    should be fine :thumb:

    I think the only difference between the two coolers is the sticker on them.
    Sounds right though.

    The good thing about softmods are that if you screw it up, you can just flash back (albeit blindly... unless you have a spare PCI video card)

    by the way... the PRO VIVO's are likely to be discontinued soon, now that board partners are shipping X800 XT VIVO's :)
