Now recently i have decided to put all of my photo's taken from various gigs i have been to, and put them onto the web. I have the domain at the ready, but currently i am wondering if there is a way to take all the photo's that i have (about 3000!) shrink them down (Ifran View Does this but lack's the other facilities) to around 640x480) but also flip the image's so they are stodd right and also potentially just put a watermark on the photo's just to cut down the chances of people taking them. i know its a lot to ask, but manually having to go through, add a watermark and also flippin the image's i think is going to be a mission! I am sure that someone must of heard or used something that can cope with what i asking, i havent got a clue!
got photoshop? look into actions (specifically, droplets). you can make an action that does all that aside from autorotating (which i am fairly sure you will have to do manually... sorry!) although - you could go through and divide the photos into ones that need rotating and those that don't - and then modify your action (... droplet) accordingly.

As a companion to PS, you might want to look at Adobe's Lightroom Beta. It's free -for now- and makes rotating and batch resizing a breeze, as well a basic photo editing; actualy quite advanced photo stuff. It also lets you export them as a gallery in HTML in one go. But the watermarking you will still have to set up an action for, and run a batch in PS. Just be aware, it's a resource hog, and needs to build a database of all your image imports. This can take a while depending on your file type, size and number.
I think Google's Picasa might actually be able to handle something like this. At least batch rotating and resizing, not sure about watermarking. And it's free (as in beer).
