I am using the Omron G3NA-210B 200~240VAC relay to power some small chemical pumps for boiler chemicals. The input comes off a contactor for the makeup pump at about 208VAC. The load is supplied with ~115VAC and I have 6 in parallel since there are 6 pumps.

The problem is that even when the input is 0VAC or the disconnect is off, there is a voltage leak at the load of 40~80VAC fluctuating high to low over and over. I could not measure the amps but I know it is low. The voltage and amps are enough to make the chemical pump fire just a little but enough so that it is using chemicals when it shouldn't From the data sheet, there is a snubber circuit but it is not enough. Does anyone know of a way to stop the chemical pump from pumping when it shouldn't. The pump is rated 115VAC@.6A which is the problem; even at a low amperage, it's enough to make it partially work.

    Thanks in advance.
