    Ok.
On the 2x256 kits, I would like the following info:

    1. DDR400 or DDR500
    2. Batch #
    3. PN
    4. Max oc'
    5. Voltage used to reach max oc'

    Thank you.

2.9v should be plentiful , batch would say on the side of the box, max oc varies enormously due to multipliers mem dividers timings etc , they will be ddr400 "dual channel" untill you overclock which then say you get 250fsb that will be ddr 500

Not sure about the 2x256 kits.
You should be good for 270 at least, with 2.7/2.8v, with 3-3-3-8 :)

The 2x256 kits are known to do 270Mhz+ @ timinings as low as 2-2-2-7 @ ~2.8V. :thumb:

    I concur: 512 kits should do DDR500 @ 2-2-2-5

Have a 2*256 kit here, runs to ~ 250 on 2.5,2,2,x timings with 2.7v. Havent really tested much higher than that... The P4C800 seems to max ~ 260 anyrate...

Of course.. it all depends on your motherboard and CPU as well.

Alright. I'm having some minor problems:

    ASRock 939dual-sata2
    Opteron 146 CABYE

The Ballistix is registering at 170mhz, 2-2-2-5-7-11. Not too sure how to get it way up. Not too familier with the bios options for dividers and voltages. Help?

170, thats low, use a mem ratio of 1:1 i.e. ddr400 yours sounds like it is set to 333

The bios options on that board are limited, how are you finding out its running at 170? Thats a rather strange divider unless you're overclocking the FSB a little...?

I'm oc'ing the FSB quite a bit, from 200 to 240. In CPU-Z, it says 170mhz. I also don't know where the options are lol.

OK yea its running a 166 divider for some reason, you dont happen to have 4 sticks in do you?
You can use A64 tweaker in windows which should sort things for you... If not there may be something un-lockable in bios....
