Some great airbrusing skills, I wonder if you could have gotten away with painting the trackpad and giving it loads of protective coats. A quick test here reveals I can still track though a couple of sheets of paper.
mebby use a substrate like the plastic that ring binder poly pockets are made of. Something nice and thin and sandwich it between the pad and the underside of the case (or bond it in side the case somehow)
Is there anything you can't do The paintjob looks great, that kind of quality doesn't come cheap or fast. Is there something else to this "mod" that we can wait and drool over? Janne
this one is not mine at this point and if it was im gonna keep it and use it as an event computer, every event im going too i never have a laptop or even a computer to use so it would be nice to have , but im up for a challenge to paint more
I'm looking into learning how to airbrush. That case looks absolutely stunning! I'm in the process of painting up a guitar, but want to learn air brushing for a pc project that I'm currently designing and a few more guitars that I want the custom airbrushed paint jobs on. Something like this, but rather than being on crap Ibanez GRG270, put them onto some of my guitars (most of which are over £1500) hence the reason I want a professional job on them! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SPIDERMAN-sup...094200932QQcategoryZ33043QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SPIDERMAN-sup...094202514QQcategoryZ33043QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I have that exact Laptop, how much does sit own? .... (well without the paint job, im investigating into palstic molding / modeling, so im thinking of making some whack casing for mine instead of a paint job. Nice work... It would look better in my opinoin if it was more 3d, then with your awesome paint job over the top of it. But Congrats on the nice work, it woudl match the g5 logitech mouse well.
I like it flat. That would make it nicer to carry around. And it LOOKS 3D, so people would think it is until they look closer.
