    rofl, made me laugh, and fair enough ATI might be missing some features and a year old, but its still faster than the dam 6800 when u turn the features up, so as far as im concerned.. Who gives a dam.. Optimizations are great if they make my game run faster and look better :)

    most of it is pretty true to be fair
    although the way they say it they make it sound like ATI killed and ate your parents

    so is this actually an nvidia thing or just something someone whacked up in powerpoint (something tells me nvidia doesnt put "nvidia internal document" on the bottom corner of all its internal documents :worried:

    I'm quite surprised that NVIDIA has stooped to the levels that ATi can sometimes stoop to when it comes to marketing products, ATi have always been very aggressive, but this is taking things a bit too far. Why can't they market their own cards and not worry about what eachother are doing, push your own product, not slag the other off. :rolleyes:

    The thing is, nearly none of it matters. The people buying these cards will be buying new ones by the time PS3.0 games come out, so surely if IQ is about the same, let the fastest card win! Not that I will be able to afford either in the near future...

    but this is what they show to the press, the spin we have to see through sometimes is more than is reasonable, this is a classic example of that :)

    check [H] frontpage - apparently it is real, they phoned an nvidia rep and he confirmed it was part of a 30 page power point document and didnt apoligise for it cause he said "its all true" :D haha.

    This is absolutely that BigZ - propaganda machine made by nv's sales/marketing.

    Its just low imho.

    Bearing in mind the most common graphics cards atm are probably the gf4mx and the radeon 9000-9600 series:

    Its not as if ps3 does really matter, until such a time that we are all using pci-x cards in btx setups. Its only the performance freaks and benchmark obsessed that will really care. (no i dont exclude myself from those groups)
