Here is a good question for every one out there...
I have a new 8GB iPod Touch and over 400 songs on it but it seams that some of them, only about 10-20 of them skip, pause or glich up in weard ways...:wallbash:
I checked iTunes on my PC and the songs are fine there and in Windows Media Player, but not on hte iPod...:duh:
    What's up with that?
Yes I have tried resincing the songs to the iPod...:sigh:

Ah this old bug is back again.
Its to do with the DRM.
The old pods had an issue at one point were drm'd music was being skipped and that included stuff brought from the store.

So what can I do about it?
Will Apple help or should I get another copy of the song that isn't working right?

Get a copy from another source And disable drm tagging in WMP and iTunes.

How do I disable DRM tagging in ether of the two programs? I got a different copy of the song from a different source already...

If you rip a CD with WMP, by default it adds copy protection on unless you go into the prefs and change it. iTunes (nor any other player, I'd expect) doesn't do such a stupid thing. Anyways, if you can add it into iTunes, it should copy over to any iPod fine (and if not, it'll give an error message). The only odd problem I've had along those lines is that I had some lossless AAC files that didn't want to sync over once, but it just started working eventually.
